How You’ll Receive Your Download

After checkout, you’ll receive your files in two ways:

• On the order confirmation page (look for the download link/button)

• By email sent to the email address you used at checkout

Having Trouble Downloading?

These quick tips usually solve it fast:

• Check your spam/junk folder for the download email

• Try downloading from a desktop or laptop instead of a phone

• Make sure you’re opening the files from your Files/Downloads folder after saving
